Tried several times but all of them aborted Just like on the title says, i tried several times at least 4 times but all of them failed. 1st attempt i tried when the btc top up to the wallet is still pending and the next ones were all confirmed but all of them failed. Practically speaking the waiting time is too long, at least 3 minutes of waiting stuck on the first "Swap setup with maker" then got aborted. I hope the swap process can be improved, particularly the swap setup and timeout handling. I'd be more than willing to try it again once the process becomes more reliable and the waiting time is reduced. History page: https://i.imgur.com/WDu4yDZ.jpeg

Tried another exchange and it didn't work Had to try another exchange to get a verified feedback but this time it cancelled and the swap didn't go through. Seems like several people share this experience at the moment. Hope they get this sorted out!

Tried swapping various amounts multiple times, but all of them failed pretty quickly. Amounts were easily above the minimums of several makers who I manually selected, but the outcome was the same. Really liked the black-green UI initially, but the swapping experience leaves a lot to be desired. Bad first impressions overall!

Everything is transparent, and I like that there is a detailed explanation of how the swap works. It's also a good thing that it has its own wallet, and another big plus is that you don't need KYC.

Just swapped some BTC for XMR, and it went smoothly on the very first attempt without requiring any special settings. Zeto just needs to adjust the BTC lock-in fee to make it cheaper or offer more flexible fee options, given that users have already incurred fees when transferring their Bitcoin to the web wallet.

Plus for another Monero service It looks interesting, but more related pairs are needed, BTC>XMR may not be enough. I will write more about the experience when I test the platform.

Zeto's architecture and No KYC I like the fact that they are a no KYC exchange and don't ask for any personal information. I addition to this I like the transparency of their swap architecture it helps users understand how the whole swap process works.

Swap fails without proper reasoning I tried to swap my BTC to XMR multiple times but it didn't go through. It doesn't even mention the reason why the swap didn't go through so that we can try to rectify the issue. Despite leaving more than 10% left over balance the swap still failed to process. Overall the UI is neat and sleek and feels intuitive but I feel proper reasoning should be mentioned for failed swaps and more uptime is needed for swaps to become successful. Also, it would be good to have a reverse swap from XMR to BTC as well.

I liked the fact that Zeto is transparent about how it operates. It is one of the most transparent services, explaining how it works. They also escrowed 0.33 Bitcoin using AB de Royse's escrow service on Bitcointalk, which has increased customer confidence.

I just explore the website to find what I want to use, So far, there's something I can use in futere to swap my coins. The site looks good and easy to drive.

I exchanged BTC for XMR, and the atomic swap experience was smooth and fast. I used Tor makers and left some extra margin for fees to avoid any issues. The transaction went through successfully, and I received the XMR in my Atomic wallet.

Privacy+ User Control Love the fact that we still have platforms that respect privacy, and return user control to its users. On top of that competitive market pricing thanks to 9+ makers, and low fees on top of that. Zeto to the world.

Lowest fee & strongest privacy Exchanged $1,000 BTC for XMR. The whole process took me around an hour but seems like I have had the best deal so far. Save straight a $10 fee comparing to the Instant exchange I use regularly.

The swap process and fee details are transparent and clear. The steps and estimated time required during the swap process are quite transparent, including the fee details, which are quite clear.

Very easy swaping platform This is my first swap; the steps are easy to understand. You need not worry, as everything is done automatically. My swap was finished in less than 20 minutes, could be shorter if I swap with big amount

Took a while but in the end it worked Exchanged 0.00039 BTC into XMR. It took a while to finally find a maker. First I tried a smaller amount and it failed several times, yet after I raised it it finally went through. So yeah, the speed could be improved, the rest worked pretty well.

So I tried the service again with a higher amount with a positive experience unlike before, and after they announced they fixed it due to some users having the same experience of having their transactions aborted. I like how transparent the service is and is detailed on every step and it's one has the cheapest fees for btc to xmr swap. The tx last more than 30 minutes which i guess is very common for xmr txs knowing 10 confirmation is needed.

Fast and transparent The entire structure of the zero swap is fully private and transparent and involves no KYC restrictions. The entire swap process is constantly communicated with you as you go which isn't very common. It is Also an easy to use one

Positive experience with Zeto. The platform is well done; each step is very clear and well explained, and the user knows which stage he is in throughout the process. User-friendly even for beginners. What should be corrected is the deviation between the offered exchange rate and the actual market rate. 0.7% coordinator fee is negligible compared to the difference between the offered and actual price.

I initially expected a typical exchange where I enter a receiving address, so I was surprised that ZETO requires me to create a browser wallet. After using it, I understood why, especially because of features like the Refund Kit and easy refund handling. The interface is clean; I appreciate the dark mode, and the wallet setup process was straightforward. My first swap attempt failed and had to be restarted, but the second attempt completed much faster. My main suggestion would be to reduce the need to re-enter the password after every browser refresh, as I found myself refreshing often while waiting for confirmations. Overall, it was an interesting experience and a good introduction to BTC - XMR swaps.

exchanged btc to xmr with an excellent rate and with a fast time. just few efforts to find the right setup between the various options offered.

The UI is clean and offer clear info about their services. 0.7% coordinator fee is reasonable, and I'm sure that the free alternative (downloading the app) will be the plus that will convince many users looking for cheaper swaps. It's a bit more complicated to use than other swap services I've tried before, but it's a small price to pay for more control over your coins.

Swap experience Generally, Zeto has very good and friendly UI. It's easy to use, there are details in my review. I have to create a Zeto wallet, fund my Zeto wallet with BTC before I can make a swap from BTC to XMR. After creating a Zeto wallet, there are two addresses for BTC, and XMR which are used for receiving XMR from swaps and BTC refunds in case swap fails. There are QR codes for addresses to use too. If I want to send BTC from Zeto wallet, as of writing, fee rate is ≈ 2 s/vB. With XMR, there is no detail about sending fee, it only shows as "minus the fee" There is an Auto lock feature with some options: Never 5 min 15 min 30 min After I make my deposit, seconds later, Zeto wallet scans it and shows Pending for my deposit, it's fast and accurate as it should be. When swap, a chosen rate is Automatic, but I can click on Change and customize it by choosing another maker if I prefer it than the default chosen maker. Looks good What I don't like - I have to deposit, swap and withdraw my coins. It costs me more in transaction fees. - Refund time, if a swap fails, is about 4 hours that is too long waiting time. With some users, it can cause unnecessary panic. - If I have two pages: Swap and wallet pages. Changing from wallet page to swap page, refresh, at the Swap page, it will show "Create wallet" while I think it should be Unlock wallet because I already have a wallet. If I continue and click on "Create wallet", it will show Unlock but I think initially it should show "Unlock wallet". It works well if from a Wallet page, I click on Swap, my wallet is detected well and there is no issue like above. It only happens if I have two pages on the browser, switch back and forth, refresh.

The process is fairly simple and the overall experience is good and user-friendly. However, I have one concern: - During the start of the swap, it tells me that I have 120 seconds to submit the offer, and if I don't do it, the maker has the right to keep 2% of the amount. I don't understand why this is needed, it says it is for "anti-spam purposes" but 2% is lot of money. What happens if I simply have a power outage at that critical time?

A good swap site I tried to exchange BTC to XRM and I found the process on the website well managed and straight forward, even if it doesn't find the maker the refund is automatic. If I may only give a recommendation is that when the process starts, since a good chunk of the transaction is done locally in the browser, it seems that the "Start swap" button is stuck for a few seconds, but after that every step is updated in real time. I liked the service mainly because you are in control of the keys, so no crypto is withheld by an external party.

Zeto.cash To swap to Zeta.cash, I used the seed-phase import function, thereby I connected my wallet, which contained BTC, and exchanged them for Monero to a newly created wallet on the platform without any problems. I would like to draw attention to the fact that a minimum amount of 0.000001 BTC is specified for the swap, which, in my opinion, should be increased to at least 0.0001 btc, since the minimum amount of 0.000001 cannot be exchanged for XMR due to the refusal of counterparties to swap for such a small amount.
